Abstract

In a Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK), the work program always carries out an assessment of employees, especially trainers, which is carried out every year. This is because the trainer is the most critical part in creating the quality of a Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja. The assessment is carried out so that the implementation of training can show maximum performance so that the trainees will be interested in the performance of the trainer. In addition, teachers also have an important role in providing quality learning. To support the selection of the best trainers taken from several criteria and alternatives a system was built using the ELECTRE method. This method is an outranking method based on an analysis between concordance and discordance. The ELECTRE method processes data and information into reliable alternatives and also provides a ranking of alternatives that are expected to be able to provide results in the form of the best alternative. So that this research can provide the right choice decision on the target trainer, objective, effective and efficient at LPK Anametri Learning Center.
