SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN KELAYAKAN KENAIKAN PANGKAT JABATAN FUNGSIONAL(ASN) METODE TOPSIS
Abstract
TOPSIS considers both the distance to the positive ideal solution and the distance to the negative ideal solution by taking relative proximity to the positive ideal solution. Based on the comparison to the relative distances, an alternative priority arrangement can be reached. In this study the authors chose system development using the Waterfall model and the system development tools, namely Flowchat, Context Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams. The result of this decision support system application is the selection of the best alternative for civil servants who have the right to be promoted because they pass the selection sequentially according to ranking using the MySQL programming language.
