PENERAPAN METODE FUZZY AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) SEBAGAI SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN DOSEN TERBAIK (Studi Kasus : STMIK PRINGSEWU)
Abstract
In the decision making of tertiary institutions, there are still many who still use methods that do not yet have a fair principle, for example is the acceptance of lecturers who do not use the selection process and not in accordance with their competencies, and in promotions or positions they still often use collusion and nepotism. In this way it will definitely hamper progress in a college. The above problems can be classified in the MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making) problem because it involves several criteria in determining the best lecturer among a number of existing lecturers. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is an excellent Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method in modeling the opinions of experts in decision support systems. Based on the discussion that has been described, namely regarding Appraisal of Lecturer Performance with the Fuzzy Analythic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the performance degradation uses Fuzzy Analythic Hierarchy Process (AHP), namely: Lecturer attendance, length of teaching according to credits, Timeliness of gathering questions, Accuracy of grades Collected, Seminars and Workshops, Research, Community Service, Student Questionnaire and by using the Fuzzy Analysis Thierarchy Process (AHP) The process of reducing the criteria of existing data is better, so that it can produce the right criteria for the calculation of Lecturer Performance at Pringsewu STMIK.
